Airfield Asylum Accommodation Appeals

Following the making of Special Development Orders for asylum accommodation at former RAF sites at Wethersfield and Scampton, each of the three appeals against the decision of Thornton J in Clarke-Holland v SSHD [2024] PTSR 617 has been withdrawn by the claimants in those cases, and therefore the Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeals.
