Graeme is advising Defence Infrastructure Organisation, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, in promoting the allocation of Azimghur Barracks for a new mixed-use community development of c1100 dwellings, 33 hectares of employment land for research, innovation and economic development, community facilities, including primary school and local centre. (Development to begin after Army vacates in 2029 and taking account of safeguarding area around the existing Satellite Ground Station on adjoining Colerne Airfield.)
