The Brook House Public Inquiry is an investigation into those detained in immigration detention facilities experiencing mistreatment and abuse.
Landmark’s Alex Goodman has represented individual detained persons and whistleblower Reverend Nathan Ward, alongside Stephanie Harrison KC, Louise Hooper, Gordon Lee, Una Morris and Alex Schymyck of the Garden Court Inquiries Team, instructed by Lewis Kett of Duncan Lewis Solicitors.
We would also like to congratulate the legal teams at Duncan Lewis Solicitors Ltd, Bhatt Murphy, Deighton Pierce Glynn Ltd, Garden Court Chambers, Doughty Street Chambers and Matrix Chambers for their involvement in this inquiry.
Most importantly, we want to highlight the role of those who have bravely shared their traumatic experiences at Brook House Immigration Removal Centre with the aim of holding those responsible accountable for their actions.
