CG Fry in the Supreme Court – Appropriate Assessments in Multi-Stage Consents

Today and tomorrow, six Landmark barristers appear on opposite sides in the final appeal of CG Fry v Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government.

The case concerns whether an appropriate assessment under the Habitat Regulations 2017 is required after the grant of outline permission (i.e. at reserved matters and discharge of conditions stages).
