Myriam Stacey KC and Joel Semakula represented National Highways Ltd in committal proceedings in the Divisional Court (committal application for breach of injunctions prohibiting demonstrations on the highway). The High Court made orders for imprisonment for contempt of court in relation to nine members of the campaign group Insulate Britain after they had protested on the M25 motorway in breach of a court order.
