Court of Appeal grants permission to appeal in badger culling case

The Court of Appeal has recently granted permission to in relation to a claim brought against DEFRA’s badger culling policy.  This is also the first case to consider the implications of the CJEU’s People Over Wind judgment, which is of considerable wider interest.
