Court of Appeals hears Zambrano appeals

The appeals concern the application, in different scenarios, of the principle set out by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the case of Zambrano v Office national de l’emploi [2012] QB 265, recently considered by the CJEU in Case C-133/15 Chavez Vilchez and others (judgment on 10 May 2017).
