David Elvin QC will this weekend be speaking at the UKELA Annual Conference 2012: Planning for the Energy Challenge at Southampton Solent University. He is speaking on “Major infrastructure projects: where are we now?”. This follows up on David’s talk at the UKELA Conference in 2008 on “The Planning Bill: major infrastructure proposals”.
