Estate regeneration CPO confirmed

The regeneration of the Green Man Lane estate in Ealing, West London has taken a major step forward towards completion with the confirmation of the London Borough of Ealing (Green Man Lane Estate Phase 4 West Ealing W13) Compulsory Purchase Order 2024 following a public inquiry. To date, the regeneration has delivered just over 500 new homes and a new school. The final phases – in respect of which the CPO was made – will deliver a further 413 homes, community floorspace, landscaping, parking and more amenity spaces. These will bring to final fruition the Council’s longstanding ambition, very strongly supported by the clear majority of local residents, to deliver fundamental regeneration with all its attendant benefits.
