Bagshot, Surrey Heath is one of the first few sites to receive Planning permission as a ‘Grey Belt’ site. This is a pure residential greenbelt site that has been allowed, following NPPF changes, where no ‘very special circumstances’ are required as it qualifies as Grey Belt.
