The Royal Town Planning Institute's 2022 Young Planners Conference is underway at Hotel La Tour, Milton Keynes.
Landmark Chambers is the joint headline sponsor alongside Rappor (Infrastructure and Environmental Consultants) and Tetra Tech.
This year's conference focuses on the theme of ’Utopia or Dystopia’, speakers come from a mix of political, development, public sector, educational and voluntary backgrounds. The conference will challenge young planners to critique modern planning and how we as a community can strive for utopian successes whilst avoiding dystopian effects.
Kimberley Ziya has provided the welcome address to delegates this morning (as seen in the image) and will also be delivering the Key Planning Law Updates talk tomorrow, 10.10am - 11.00am, alongside the Head of Landmark Chambers' Planning Group, Sasha White KC. Sasha and Kim's talk is one not to miss as their session will cover the most recent and impactful legal decisions and public examinations.
Jonathan Barley is on the Landmark Chambers' exhibition stand today and tomorrow, and Kimberley Ziya, Isabella Buono, and Jonathan Barley will all be attending the gala dinner this evening so please stop by and say hello if you are there.
