High Court dismisses application for interim injunction at RAF Scampton

Yesterday, the High Court (Kerr J) dismissed an application for an interim injunction by West Lindsey District Council in its ongoing Judicial Review proceedings against the Home Office, seeking to stop them from using RAF Scampton for the housing of asylum seekers. 

Paul Brown KC, Nick Grant and Isabella Buono appeared for the Secretary of State. Rebecca Sage acted for the Secretary of State in an earlier stage of the proceedings.
