High Court hears Judicial Review of decision to close Doncaster Sheffield Airport

Yesterday Mr Justice Fordham heard a claim brought by Doncaster MBC, seeking (1) permission to commence judicial review proceedings against the decision of Doncaster Sheffield Airports Ltd to close Doncaster Sheffield Airport, and (2) an interim injunction seeking to restrain DSAL from undertaking certain activities associated with that closure. After a full days hearing Fordham J reserved judgment on both.
