The Holocaust Memorial Inquiry starts today, as a virtual event. The public are able to follow on the YouTube livestream. There is also a dedicated website with images of the proposed scheme, which was designed by architects including the recent RIBA Royal Gold Medal winner Sir David Adjaye OBE. The opening day includes (in the third virtual session of the day, starting at 3pm) a design presentation by the applicant, setting out an overview of the scheme. Christopher Katkowski QC and Kate Olley act for the Applicant. Zack Simons is appearing for the educational charity, Learning from the Righteous in support of the scheme.
