Kids Company Judicial Review to be heard in Administrative Court

Sheldon J will today hear the judicial review of the Charity Commision's report into Kids Company. Alex Goodman KC acts for the Claimant Mr Kerman, who has been substituted for the late Camila Batmanghelidjh.
