The cases covered include major developments in Rights to Manage, a statutory interpretation heard in the Supreme Court in the second ever “leapfrog appeal” from the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), and the list also features another appearance in the Supreme Court, this time about water pollution, reflecting what was a very busy year for property law and for Landmark Chambers.

2024 also brought recognition for Landmark’s property group including being named as ‘Real Estate Set of the Year’ at the Chambers & Partners awards. Landmark achieved a clean sweep of real estate awards for the Bar with Tim Morshead KC named as Silk of the Year and Simon Allison as Junior of the Year. Landmark was also awarded ‘Environment/Planning Set of the Year.
In the Legal 500 awards, for the Property and Housing category, Landmark Chambers received two awards, Zia Bhaloo KC was recognised as Silk of the Year and Simon Allison as Junior of the Year. Sasha White KC was named Silk of the Year for Planning and Land Use.
