The Lawyer’s Top 20 cases of 2025 have been revealed, which highlights the leading cases to be heard in court during this year.

James Neill and Barney McCay are part of the counsel team acting for the Gambling Commission in The New Lottery Company Limited and Northern & Shell PLC v The Gambling Commission instructed by Capital Law and Hogan Lovells.
