Landmark's Alex Goodman involved in claim against the government's Energy National Policy Statements

Alex Goodman is instructed by Baker McKenzie for George Monbiot, Dale Vince and the Good Law Project in a challenge to the suite of Energy National Policy Statements. The claim alleges the policies are are inconsistent with the statutory net zero target and the Secretary of State must review them in light of significant changes since they were designated in 2011.
