M3 Junction 9 DCO Granted

Yesterday, the Government announced that the Secretary of State granted development consent for major upgrades at M3 Junction 9 between Winchester and the South Downs National Park.

Nick Grant appeared for the South Downs National Park Authority.

Joel Semakula appeared for Hampshire County Council as local highway authority.
