Dan Kolinsky KC’s provided an article entitled 'Navigating the evolving landscape of expert witness roles and responsibilities' in the IRRV’s Valuer Magazine.

This focuses on recent cases and practice in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber). It will be of particular interest to lawyers and surveyors who practice in rating and compulsory purchase. The article is based on the successful Annual Law Reform Lecture which Dan gave to the Compulsory Purchase Association earlier this year.
