New video series - ‘Introduction to Judicial Review’

Landmark Chambers has produced a new series of training videos offering an ‘Introduction to Judicial Review’. The videos are intended to offer explanation and guidance about the Judicial Review process, particularly for lawyers who are new to public law.

The first two videos are a Welcome from Lord Carnwath CVO; and Session 1: Initial Procedures by Julia Smyth and Charles Bishop. The videos can be found here on our website and here on YouTube. A new video will be released every fortnight.

During the video series, members of Landmark’s Public Law team will provide an introduction to each stage of the JR process and share some tips. Topics covered include: Drafting Grounds, Urgent Claims and Interim Relief, Remedies and Wider Objectives, Remedies and Wider Objectives, and Costs.
