Queen's Bench Division (Administrative Court) [2020] EWHC 3036 (Admin) 13 Nov 2020 This case concerns a challenge to the decision of a planning inspector, C. Sherratt ("the Inspector"), dated 4 February 2020, concerning land off Chapel Lane, Letty Green, Little Hadham, Hertfordshire ("the site"). The appeal was made against the refusal of planning permission by East Hertfordshire District Council (EHDC) for change of use of land to 10 pitches for the stationing of 10 mobile homes, 10 touring caravans and 10 utility buildings ("the development").
