Nutrient neutrality at condition discharge stage

The High Court has granted permission for a 2 day statutory review hearing in CG Fry Ltd v Secretary of State. The case concerns the application of the Habitats Regulations ‘nutrient neutrality’ requirement both at condition discharge stage, and as applicable to Ramsar Sites.
