Planning permission on the Green Belt quashed

Planning permission for an educational facility proposed in Green Belt within Mole Valley district council has been quashed by consent following the grant of permission for judicial review.

The Claimants were able to successfully argue that the Local Planning Authority had failed to undertake a compliant appropriate assessment which met the requirements of the People Over Wind Case since the local planning authority had taken into account mitigation in advance of the assessment.
