Podcast: Interim Possession Orders – What are they? And how do I get one?

Practice Direction 51Z introduced an automatic stay for all possession proceedings under Part 55. On 20 April 2020 the Practice Direction was amended so that there are now three exceptions to the automatic stay. One of those exceptions is interim possession orders. Landowners are now able to apply for an IPO to recover possession of their land.
