Graeme represented the promoters of a c.100,000m2 Science and Technology Park on land west of Burgess Hill, at the Examination into the Mid-Sussex Site Allocations DPD. The STP will support research and development and high-quality employment businesses.
The DPD was adopted STP (and the site allocated) in June 2022.
