Secretary of State to give Dudley MBC power to confirm its own CPO of Bus station

The Secretary of State has informed Dudley MBC that he will give it the power to confirm its own Compulsory Purchase Order of Dudley Bus Station. This follows the withdrawal of all objections to the scheme. An inquiry into the CPO scheduled to commence next week has now been cancelled.
