A further preliminary hearing took place on 2 February 2024 in the Dawn Sturgess Inquiry, which is examining the circumstances of Ms Sturgess’ death in July 2018 following exposure to the nerve agent Novichok.
The substantive hearings in the Dawn Sturgess Inquiry are due to start in October 2024.
Harriet Wakeman is instructed to represent the Home Secretary as part of a counsel team which is led by Cathryn McGahey KC and Ben Watson KC.
