Congratulations, also, to both joint runners up and thanks to all of the 31 teams who participated in this year’s Landmark Chambers’ Property Law Moot competition. We continue to be impressed by the extremely high standard of work produced by the participants and we hope that everyone enjoyed it as much as we did.

We are extremely grateful for His Honour Judge Dight CBE for generously presiding over our grand final again this year.

Commenting on the competition Tim Morshead KC, Joint Head of Landmark Chambers, said:

‘Grateful thanks to all those involved in organising this event, but especially to HHJ Dight, who has again shown enormous generosity with his time. Congratulations to all the finalists – and also to the others who have taken part in this year’s competition: the standard has been reassuringly high.’

Landmark’s Property Team look forward to hosting our twelfth annual Property Law Moot competition later this year. If you would like to register your interest in participating in the Landmark Chambers’ Property Law Moot competition 2025/2026, please email: propertymoot@landmarkchambers.co.uk.
