The first part of this series will look at questions such as whether restrictions in a residential placement imposed by the Court of Protection can be mirrored in an external educational placement funded under an EHCP; the role of the Official Solicitor in Court of Protection proceedings when there are parallel EHCP issues; and the interaction between sections F, G and H of EHCPs.
