Landmark’s work relating to pollution and related regulatory issues spans a number of practice areas including:

  • Planning appeals and High Court challenges relating to noise pollution, air quality and wider environmental issues
  • Enforcement issues in relation to environmental permitting and other legislation (such as the Water Resources Act 1991)
